Alexis Villegas

Alexis is a Web Engineer with a passion for web performance, accessibility and user experience. He is based in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico where he lives with his wife, two kids and fluffy dog. He has been working with WordPress since version 2.7 as a freelancer and developer for an agency. He studied zoology and geography in college and has worked as a bee researcher, zoo keeper and GIS specialist before discovering his passion for web development. When not working, Alexis enjoys being out in nature, biking, slacklining, and reading.
