Tom is our Director of People Operations, Retreat Pub Quiz reigning champion, beard refiner, and "most likely to win Mr Approachable". When not looking after the fantastic team at Human Made, Tom loves watching (not surfing on) the big Atlantic waves with his daughter Diana, and cooking up a storm in his Portuguese cozinha.
