WPCampus and Human Made have joined forces to launch a new research project exploring the state of WordPress in higher education. And we need you!
With your help, we’ll be exploring:
Your priorities and challenges for the year ahead
Sentiment regarding WordPress in higher ed in 2025
What the future looks like for open source in universities
The changes you’d like to see in your teams and in the WordPress ecosystem
Why are we carrying out this research?
Despite being WordPress power-users, higher education doesn’t tend to take centre stage as often as it should in industry discussion. This project is designed to address this shortcoming.
By coming together and sharing our takes on a series of important issues relating to WordPress and digital technology in higher education, we’ll:
- paint a detailed picture of how higher ed professionals are working with WordPress today
- answer questions on the health of WordPress in the industry
- explore the challenges and opportunities we’re all facing
- deep dive on the ways our teams are set up
- provide a space for reflection and sharing
